Exchange and return policy

We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction.

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased or if there is any defect in it, you can request a refund or replacement of the product within 7 days from the date of purchase.

How to return or exchange:

  • Visit the nearest Greens branch with your purchase invoice to complete the return or exchange procedures easily.
  • In case of purchasing products within special offers (such as 1+1 – 2+1 – discount on the second item), the entire set must be returned to obtain a refund or exchange.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged, with all accessories and purchase invoice.

Exceptions:

  • In accordance with hygiene and public health laws, personal care products (such as shavers, hair removal devices) cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect within the first 3 days of purchase.
  • In accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Health, products that must be kept at a constant temperature, such as milk and baby food, cannot be returned unless there is obvious damage, in order to preserve your safety.

Important Notes:

  • When you return a product purchased using points, the value of the points used will be deducted from your balance.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or use of improper electrical current will not be accepted.


In case of return of the product due to a defect in the product or a defect from the manufacturer or as a result of damage during the delivery of the product or due to the delivery of the incorrect/wrong product, no additional shipping fees or bank transfer fees will be charged. In case of return for other reasons (the customer needs to exchange the product or the customer's desire has changed in general), the shipping fees or bank transfer fees will be charged to the customer.


When preparing to return a product, the product must be in its original condition with all accessories and accompanying instruction manuals. We do not accept returns of products that contain scratches, are damaged due to misuse, or have a malfunction due to the use of an incorrect voltage.
